حذف حساب «صِلة»

افتح حسابي ← حذف الحساب ← إرسال طلب الحذف. تُفتح رسالة جاهزة فيها بيانات حسابك؛ أرسلها فقط.
دون التطبيق
أرسل بريدًا من العنوان المسجّل به حسابك إلى فريق الدعم، بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»:
نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب قبل التنفيذ.
ما الذي يُحذف
- الحساب وبيانات الدخول
- الملف الشخصي: الاسم والصور والنبذة والروابط والتعليم والخبرات والمهارات
- بيانات التواصل: البريد ورقم الجوال ورقم الهوية
- المنشورات والتعليقات والحالات والرسائل والملفات التي رفعتها
ما قد نحتفظ به
ما يلزمنا قانونًا أو ما يخص جهات أخرى، مثل الشهادات الصادرة وسجلات التدريب والحضور لدى المؤسسات، ولمدة لا تتجاوز الحاجة.
متى
خلال 30 يومًا من تأكيد الطلب. الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
Delete your Silah account
In the app: Account → Delete account → Send deletion request. A message with your account details opens; just send it.
Without the app: email [email protected] from the address your account uses, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify the request comes from the account holder before acting.
Deleted: your account and sign-in; your profile (name, photos, bio, links, education, experience, skills); your contact details (email, phone, national ID); your posts, comments, statuses, messages and uploaded files.
May be kept: what the law or other organisations require, such as issued certificates and training and attendance records held by institutions, for no longer than needed.
When: within 30 days of confirming the request. Deletion is permanent.
